The Campaign for Dark Skies

The CfDS campaigns against excessive, inefficient and irresponsible lighting in cities that causes light pollution.

This light pollution is a visible and needless waste of resources, which contributes to global warming – hundreds of millions of pounds worth of electricity is wasted each year in the UK through poor lighting.

Energy Saving Trust

The Energy Saving Trust are a non-profit organisation that provides free impartial advice.

Carbon Trust

Their mission is to accelerate the move to a low carbon economy by working with organisations to reduce carbon emissions and develop commercial low carbon technologies.
