Scottish Water supplies drinking water and waste water services to cities, towns, villages and farms all over Scotland.
They have a responsibility to work with communities and our regulators to uphold the principles of sustainable development and integrate these into day-to-day operations.
Waterwatch Scotland replaces the five former regional Water Customer Consultation Panels.
As well as having a national remit, they also benefit from new and increased powers to make a difference for customers within the water industry in Scotland.
