A Transition Initiative is a community working together on projects that address issues of sustainability and reducing carbon emissions.

Stop Climate Chaos (SCC)

SCC is a coalition of environment and development groups, faith groups, humanitarian organisations, women's groups, trade unions and many others working to create a public mandate for political action to stop human-induced climate change.

Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC)

FSC is an independent, non-governmental, not for profit organisation established to promote the responsible management of the world's forests to help support communities and combat climate change.
