Fires are scary. If one happens in your home you need to get out FAST! So:  Tidy your toys away before bedtime – so you don’t trip over them in the dark.

Don’t hide -  firefighters can look a bit scary in their special big clothes and helmets but they're your friends and they need to be able to find you.

• Get out as fast as you can.
• Stay out – don’t go back for anything.
• Call the firefighters out - call 999.
